Operates a National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC)-accredited preschool with a family component. The program is integrated with the Washington state Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP).   Preschool offers enrollment to children in ECEAP, tuition and scholarship slots.   ECEAP program provides comprehensive early-childhood services for low-income preschool children and their families.   Offers health, vision, hearing, and developmental screenings, family support services, preschool classroom experiences, snacks and hot meals.   Offers employment and training opportunities and services available for parents whose children are enrolled in ECEAP.   Provides limited transportation for ECEAP only.
