Provides comprehensive early childhood education, health, nutrition and parent involvement services to low-income children and their families. Program has a social emotional focus. Depending on location, program is funded through Head Start or ECEAP.

Must be 3-5 by Aug. 31 of the school year Priority/Eligibility Factors: - Income at or below 110% of the Federal Poverty Level - Dual Language Learners - Currently in official foster/kinship placement - Child has an Individualized Education Program - Household receives SSI, TANF, foster income, or child care subsidy
