Eligibility

For ECEAP, child must be 3-5 by Aug. 31 of the school year or have an IFSP/IEP. Priority/Eligibility Factors:
  • Income at or below 110% of the Federal Poverty Level
  • Dual Language Learners
  • Currently in official foster/kinship placement
  • Child has an Individualized Education Program or IFSP.
  • Household receives SSI, TANF, foster income, or child care subsidy
