Family Justice Center offered at Family Support Center of South Sound
Co-located and collaborative domestic violence services provided through onsite partnerships between Family Support Center of South Sound, Thurston County Clerk's Office, Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, the Thurston County Sherif's Office, and multiple other partner organizations.Community based advocates provide services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and human trafficking.Clients have access to an array of services, including: - filing a Domestic Violence Protection Order on site with a designated kiosk, - access basic needs, - hygiene items, - safety planning, - legal advocacy, - support from victim advocates from the Prosecutor's Office, - housing assistance, - case management, - Affordable Healthcare Enrollment and more.

The Family Support Center of South Sound (FSCSS), a 501 (c) (3) organization since 1992, has a successful track record of delivering effective and innovative human service programs for children and their families. The mission of FSCSS is: Working Together to Strengthen All Families. Vision: We envision a community where families are valued and nurtured and have the resources to be strong, healthy, and hopeful. FSCSS values cooperation and collaboration as the best approach to getting things done, and works in close partnership with other non-profit family service organizations as well as city, county, and state agencies that serve our Thurston County community. FSCSS has a healthy foundation with skilled, dedicated staff members, as well as a strong base of volunteers who bring a wealth of skills, interests, and passions to help us meet our mission. A volunteer Board of Directors with diverse professional backgrounds oversees our organization.
