Head Start/Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program offered by Kent Youth and Family Services at Kent Valley Early Learning Center

Eligibility
Children ages 3-5 whose families income is less than 130% of the Federal Poverty Level or have an IEP/IFSP. Prioritizes children of color, dual language learners, homeless families, foster children or facing trauma, or children with an Individual Education Plan.
