Maintains a network of individuals, families and groups affected by Down syndrome.   Five core efforts define the vision and guidance for those living with Down syndrome: Outreach, Community Events, Community Groups, Education and Advocacy Provides home/hospital visits and information for new parents, ongoing telephone support and legislative updates.
