Eligibility
Service is only for clients who can hire a regular fee lawyer. LRS is not a pro bono legal service. LRS reserves the right not to provide a referral if you do not have a viable case, you are not seeking a paid attorney, and/or we do not have an attorney who practices in the appropriate area of law for your legal issue.

Application process
Complete the online request form. CANNOT VISIT IN PERSON.  An intake specialist will assess the needs of the potential client and then refer to an appropriate lawyer or a different program, if needed.
Fees
There is no cost for the referral, but all LRS attorneys will charge regular attorney fees. The attorney and client will determine the fee arrangement between them; LRS is not involved in the setting of attorney fees.
