Blossoms Early Learning Center ECEAP offered by Educational Service District 105
Blossoms Early Learning Center is an ECEAP preschool program serving 3 and 4 year old children. ECEAP is a free preschool program funded by Washington Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF). Families qualify for ECEAP based on income or other qualifying factors. Teachers work with children to build the skills necessary for success in kindergarten and beyond. Children have fun exploring while learning language, literacy, math, science, art and more.

Eligibility
Families qualify based on low income and other risk factors. Students who are homeless, in foster care or part of CPS/FAR qualify for ECEAP. Also students with an IEP through a school district qualify.
