Impact of the Changing Family/3rd Party Custody Parenting offered at HopeSparks - Tacoma

Meets all requirements outlined in Pierce County Local Rule for Special Proceedings 94.05, which mandates attendance at a four hour class designated to address the impact family restructuring has on children. All instructors are Masters Level Therapists and have been approved by the courts. Divorce and 3rd Party Custody can have an adverse effect on the entire family especially if the children are caught in the middle. While parents are divorcing, children struggle to cope with the emotions and insecurity they're experiencing. IMPACT classes address this vital concern with care and expertise. The four hour class explores core issues surrounding divorce or 3rd party custody and addresses the needs of both parents/caregivers and their children.
