Children up to age 3 in Chelan, Douglas or Grant counties with a 25% delay in one or more of the developmental areas including physical, cognitive, communication, social emotional or adaptive skills. A child may also be eligible if he or she has a physical or mental condition such as Down’s Syndrome that may have a high probability of developmental delay.
