Eligibility
Children from birth to three years old who live in the Puyallup, Bethel, Franklin Pierce, Eatonville and Orting School Districts and who have been referred from Pierce County Human Services.

Application process
Referred children will receive a developmental evaluation to determine eligibility for services.
Fees
Therapy services are billed to the child's insurance. Apple Health (Medicaid) is accepted. Parents are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurances. Financial assistance is available to families in need. Early childhood education services are provided at no cost to the family.

Provides therapy and early childhood education for children under the age of three who are exhibiting significant delays in their development. All services are provided at home or the at the child's care provider. Supplemental services such as play groups and field trips are also offered to enrolled families.
