Multi-service family support program helps parents, children, and families secure needed services and support, to include: * Early Learning Programming - home based Early Head Start (prenatal thru age 3); center based ECEAP & Head Start (4 weeks thru age 5) * Family Supportive Services - family navigation services and referrals; operation of a network of family resource center pantries (basic need items) * Behavioral Health Services - internal referrals for trauma informed child and family counseling services (dba Children's Home Society of Washington)
