Application process
Drop in at either the King County Courthouse in Seattle or the Regional Justice Center in Kent during drop-in hours.
In Seattle, program is in room W-291; in Kent, program is in room A-1222.
If the case involves: ending your divorce or parenting plan (paternity already determined) case by agreement or default,
starting a minor guardianship, completing annual reports in an adult guardianship, trial preparation, or any matter for which an interpreter is required, you may schedule an in-person or virtual appointment with a Facilitator through the website
Fees
$30 per visit to meet with a facilitator.
Fee may be reduced or waived depending on income.
