Health and Safety Courses offered by American Red Cross Southwest Washington Chapter

Red Cross training helps people gain the knowledge needed to be prepared to respond in the event of an emergency. The following training and education opportunities can be accessed at any Red Cross location. Online classes are also available. - Aquatics Programs: Learn to swim, become a lifeguard, or ensure the safety of your local pool. - Babysitter's Training: Be fully prepared and informed before you accept the responsibility for watching someone else's children. - First Aid, CPR, and AED Training: Basic emergency and life-saving training, including how to use an automated external defibrillator. - Workplace Programs: A wide range of training classes for employees and lifesaving equipment that should be on hand in the workplace. - Pet First Aid: Learn what to do if a pet is injured or seriously ill.
