Provides an infant, toddler, and family development program that provides many services to eligible children and their families. Operates a full-time, quality child care center for families living in the Tacoma Public School District. Offers: - Information on infant/toddler development; - Family support and health services. Also offers information on Enhanced bonding and attachment through continuity of care and parent support. Provides infants and toddler's with nutritious meals during the day.

Accepts: - private pay, - Working Connections Child Care Subsidy, or - payment from Division of Child & Family Services (approved by CPS Social Worker).
Eligibility
- Teen parents attending a Tacoma Public High School with children one-month to 3 years old, OR - Families on TANF/SSI (disability), working or attending school full time that live in the Tacoma Public School District; OR - Children with disabilities in the district; OR - Homeless families or families living in transitional housing.

Mission of Cottesmore Child Development Center is to promote and enrich the health, education, and well-being of infants, toddlers, families and their communities. This is a program that supports each parent's role as their child's first and most important teacher.
