SMART Recovery offers a self-empowering, evidence-based program that helps individuals develop practical skills using cognitive-behavioral approaches. Meetings are open to anyone looking for support in managing addictive behaviors, whether their goal is moderation, harm reduction, or abstinence. SMART Recovery meetings are located in various cities throughout Washington State and online. The program embraces multiple pathways to recovery, including the use of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
