Pregnant women eligible for WA Apple Health (Medicaid). Must be under 210% of the Federal Poverty Level. Mothers with an infant enrolled in WA Apple Health (Medicaid) are eligible until their child's first birthday.

Description

Provides support and information related to prenatal and postpartum health. Offers support and brief counseling in order to prevent stress and depression. Provides information and referrals for appropriate services and resources in the community. Provides information related to prenatal and postpartum care including: - Family planning - Breastfeeding - Physical discomforts due to pregnancy - Nutrition Provides support and guidance in the care of the new infant from the time the baby is 2-3 months old through his or her first birthday.
