Provides preventive health and education services to help individuals have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. Maternity services are offered in addition to medical and prenatal care and include:
  • Screening for possible pregnancy risk factors
  • Brief counseling for identified risk factors
  • Referral to community resources
Helps parents access medical, social, educational, and environmental services to improve the health and wellbeing of their infants. Promotes a supportive network for families through referrals and connections in the community.

Services include, but are not limited to the following: hospital, emergency department, walk-in clinics, family practice, internal medicine, cardiology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, cancer diagnosis and treatment, audiology and hearing aid services and behavioral health services. Complete diagnostic x-ray services and clinical lab, surgical and medical specialists.
