Provides evaluations, services and supports to families with babies and young children that have suspected developmental delays and disabilities. Services offered include: - Speech therapy - Occupational therapy - Special education Early intervention also provides coaching and support to parents and caregivers to build upon family strengths and help children reach their full potential.

Referrals Line

Application process

Call the Referral line. Program requires enrollment at least 45 days before child's 3rd birthday. Before entering the Early Intervention program the child receives a multi-disciplinary team evaluation. Based on the evaluation, the child is made eligible for program services and an Individual Family Service Plan is created.

All insurance accepted.

Eligibility

Families with children ages newborn through 3rd birthday. Home-based services determined by ZIP code. Child must have a 25% delay in one or more areas, a medical diagnosis or informed clinical opinion.
