Preschool and Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) offered at St James Family Center
Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is Washington State's Head Start. ECEAP is a comprehensive preschool and social services program with the goal of ensuring children who enter kindergarten are ready to succeed. All preschool and ECEAP students receive a whole-child, family focused preschool program. Activities are designed to stimulate learning and development with the use of crafts, puzzles, toys, music and field trips. Meals and snacks are provided and meet the nutritional requirements of the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program.

Children ages 3-4, based on income restrictions. Children must have turned 3 or 4 by August 31.
