Early Childhood Education And Assistance Program (ECEAP) at Tahoma School District's Lake Wilderness Elementary School
State-funded preschool program provides comprehensive early childhood programs for low income preschool children and their families. Offers health, vision, hearing, and developmental screenings, family support services, preschool classroom experiences, snacks, and hot meals. Program is administered by the Puget Sound Educational Service District. Offers employment and training opportunities and services available for parents whose children are enrolled in ECEAP: - Peer to Peer leadership programs - Child Care - Community Jobs program available to parents currently on WorkFirst and receiving assistance.
