The Family Support Center of South Sound (FSCSS), a 501 (c) (3) organization since 1992, has a successful track record of delivering effective and innovative human service programs for children and their families. The mission of FSCSS is: Working Together to Strengthen All Families. Vision: We envision a community where families are valued and nurtured and have the resources to be strong, healthy, and hopeful. FSCSS values cooperation and collaboration as the best approach to getting things done, and works in close partnership with other non-profit family service organizations as well as city, county, and state agencies that serve our Thurston County community. FSCSS has a healthy foundation with skilled, dedicated staff members, as well as a strong base of volunteers who bring a wealth of skills, interests, and passions to help us meet our mission. A volunteer Board of Directors with diverse professional backgrounds oversees our organization.
