ECEAP Programs offered by City of Seattle's Department of Education and Early Learning
Provides learning environments that foster intellectual, social, physical and emotional growth. Provides family support, community resource referrals, health screenings for each child within first 90 days of program enrollment. Medical, dental, mental health and nutritional needs are evaluated. Encourages parent involvement and support to families to find community resources. See website or call for locations. Limited transportation depending on the site.

Eligibility
Families must live or work in Seattle city limits. Children must be 3 or 4 years old by Aug. 31. Applicants must be at or below 110% FPL.

Provides a variable subsidy for families living in Seattle who are in need of financial assistance for child care. Provides early childhood literacy and school readiness program through home visits for parents with toddlers. Offers part-time preschool for low-income Seattle parents of preschool-age children at select sites. Helps prepare low-income or first-generation Seattle high school youth for post-secondary education through academic instruction and tutoring, academic and personal counseling, leadership development, career planning, college application assistance, financial aid workshops and field trips
