ECEAP Programs offered by City of Seattle's Department of Education and Early Learning

Provides learning environments that foster intellectual, social, physical and emotional growth.  Provides family support, community resource referrals, health screenings for each child within first 90 days of program enrollment.  Medical, dental, mental health and nutritional needs are evaluated.  Encourages parent involvement and support to families to find community resources. Fee

Free for eligible families.

Eligibility

Families must live or work in Seattle city limits. Children must be 3 or 4 years old by Aug. 31. Applicants must be at or below 110% FPL.
