Families must live or work in Seattle city limits. Children must be 3 or 4 years old by Aug. 31. Applicants must be at or below 110% FPL.

Provides learning environments that foster intellectual, social, physical and emotional growth. Provides family support, community resource referrals, health screenings for each child within first 90 days of program enrollment. Medical, dental, mental health and nutritional needs are evaluated.
