Topics include: - healthy nutrition, - healthy activities, - chronic health prevention, - maternal and infant health, - health/food/financial benefits, - resources for families, - emotional wellness, - and Incredible Years parenting exercises. For participating in CRISP class and completing a short online quiz/survey afterwards, a household may receive a $20 online gift card each month.
