Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program at Highline Public Schools No. 401

The Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is a comprehensive preschool program that provides free services and support to eligible children and their families. Funded by Washington State, ECEAP supports children and families get ready for kindergarten. It is free to enrolled families.

Eligibility

Children are accepted into ECEAP based on age, family income and other reasons. Children must be preschool age, 3-4 years old by August 31.
