Victim Crisis Line & Sexual Assault Crisis Line offered at Lutheran Community Services Northwest in Spokane
Provides crisis intervention and stabilization, medical and legal advocacy, and support to victims of crime. May be crimes against person (i.e. rape, sexual assault, child physical abuse, child sexual assault, robbery, assault, kidnapping, witness to or survivor of homicide, vehicular crimes, trafficking, hate crimes, elder abuse, family violence, involuntary ingestion of drugs.) May also include victims of crimes not against person (i.e. identity theft, fraud, cyber crime). Certified advocates available to respond to the hospital to support victim/family when victim needs medical care. No requirement that crime occur in Spokane County if person lives in Spokane County. If person not a resident and crime occurred in Spokane, still eligible. Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Eligibility
No financial criteria or guidelines. All persons are eligible as long as needs arise from experiencing a crime. No need for caller to report the crime to law enforcement but assistance with reporting available if caller chooses to report.
