State-funded preschool program provides comprehensive early childhood programs for low income preschool children and their families. Services include:  
  • Health, vision, hearing and developmental screenings
  • Family support services
  • Preschool classroom experiences
  • Snacks
  • Hot meals.
Program is administered by the Puget Sound Educational Service District.   Offers employment and training opportunities and services available for parents whose children are enrolled in ECEAP.   Opportunities/services include Peer to Peer leadership programs, child care and interpreter training (available to all parents), as well as the Community Jobs program available to parents currently on WorkFirst and receiving assistance.
