Provides child care, education, nutrition, and developmental services to children of migrant farm worker families.  Special services are available for children with special abilities.  Through partnerships, an agency for client placement for training in different jobs in child care, the agricultural industry, and prepares individuals for entry into the workforce.  Active in Skagit and other agricultural counties.
