Nurse led postpartum group incorporating mindfulness and movement in Kitsap County. Includes walking activities for new families to get outside in nature, explore mindfulness, meet other new parents, and get their questions answered by a nurse and bilingual Spanish speaking community health worker.

Kitsap Public Health District has protected the health of our county’s residents since 1947. The mission of KPHD is to prevent disease and protect and promote the health of all people in Kitsap County.
