- Adults age 55 and older who are the primary caregivers for a relative child aged 0-17. - Related caregivers include blood, marriage, or adoption relatives, such as grandparents, aunts, uncles, sisters, brothers, cousins, and great-grandparents. Includes kith or fictive kin who have an emotionally significant relationship, characterized by the characteristics of a family relationship.
