Domestic Violence Advocacy Program offered by YWCA Seattle King Snohomish's Phillis Wheatley Branch
Provides advocacy-based counseling for victims of domestic violence. Advocates meet with clients in a safe location to discuss safety planning, provide support groups and other resources and offer moral support. Safety is the primary concern for victims, their children and staff. Advocates do not meet clients in their homes, and do not meet with couples. Limited child care may be available.
