Offers several programs that support children and parents during child’s early years and crucial stage of development. Works to make sure children's needs are met through education and nutrition. Carroll Children's Center: provides full time early education for children ages 1 month through 5 years of age. Offers a structured learning environment with bilingual staff and help from volunteers. Does not provide childcare after 6:30pm or on the weekends. Growing Hope Child & Family Development Center: expands services to low-income, high-risk children and infants through age 5, and their families. Includes 8 infant through preschool classrooms, including Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP), ECLIPSE therapeutic classrooms, and early learning classrooms. Child Care Nutrition Program: seeks to assure all children in licensed child care homes receive adequate and nutritional balanced USDA eligible meals. Provides reimbursement for nutritious snacks and meals served in family day care homes for children 1 month through 12 years of age.
