Assists pregnant individuals and their support person(s) understand and prepare for the childbirth experience as well as gain knowledge of the options available for their labor, delivery and post-partum experience. Also provides urgent breastfeeding support and assists with baby feeding concerns.

Provides education, support and treatment for breastfeeding, lactation consultations, tongue-tied infants, premature infants, jaundiced infants and more. Also, connects individuals with the First Steps program which assists low income families by provide maternity and infant care services.

Provides pregnancy and parenting support programs. Services include pregnancy support, options and birth control counseling, family planning, doula services, breastfeeding support, post-partum depression, post-abortion and miscarriage help, and parenting help.

Helps pregnant and newly parenting women prepare for delivery and parenthood with a series of classes. Lessons include topics such as Understanding Pregnancy, Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Infant Hygiene, Infant First-Aid and Getting Your Baby to Sleep. At each weekly appointment, clients will meet one-on-one with a trained peer mentor for one hour. With each lesson that is completed, clients will earn “baby bucks” for supplies such as diapers, wipes, clothing and blankets.

Provides support and information to pregnant women who are also on or eligible for Apple Health (Medicaid). Nurses, social workers, and community health workers support expectant mothers before birth and for two months after the birth of the child. Services are all covered by Medicaid, and may include supports like: - prenatal and postpartum education groups - breastfeeding groups - Doula services - transportation assistance during the pregnancy - Hospital tours - Behavioral Health or Chemical Dependency Services - Dental Care and - enrolling in WIC. May also provide information on Safe Sleep and access to cribs. The New Parent Support Team (NPST) is a voluntary program for expectant/new Navy parents.  Home visitation is the core service, with a focus on the health needs of infants and toddlers, prenatal and postnatal care, parent education, family/social support, and resources within the community.  Services focus on supporting the parent as well as parent-child interaction and child development.

Opioid treatment provides care coordination for individuals with opioid use disorder. Care navigator assists in referring individuals for evaluation for medication-assisted treatment and offers assistance in accessing comprehensive medical and social support services. WIC program aims to improve the lifelong health and nutrition of women, infants, and young children in Washington State. WIC provides health screening, nutrition education, selected nutritious foods, breastfeeding support, and referrals to other health and social services.

Provides free pregnancy testing, diagnostic ultrasounds, STI testing and treatment, maternity and baby clothing, diapers and miscellaneous items. Offers education and peer counseling on fetal development, nutrition, infant care and parenting. Offers natural family planning resources. Offers initial reproductive loss grief care.

Provides a nutrition program and food assistance for pregnant and postpartum women and infants and children under age 5.   Offers: -  Nutrition and health assessments and education -  Breastfeeding counseling -  Vouchers for specific nutritious foods -  Health screenings and referrals -  Referrals to other health and social programs Monthly benefits are valued at approximately $150 for a family of two per month for nutritious foods. Families can also use their WIC QR code to spend summer Farmers Market benefits and monthly Fruit and Vegetable benefits at approved farmers markets and farm stores. Participants can receive $28 of Farmers Market benefits, with a maximum of $84 per family.

Maternal Health Services provides community-based programs and services focused on providing preventive health and education for growing families throughout Central Washington. With a staff dedicated to giving families a healthy, hopeful start in life, Maternal Health Services offers programs in genetic counseling, maternity support services, maternal child health home visiting and coordination of regional perinatal improvement programs.
