Assists with advocacy for ICW families court paperwork, attend court hearings, contact tribes, resources for families. Provides guidance and direction to parents toward a healthy lifestyle for their family. Appointment Only.

Supervised Visits and Exchange offered at Fulcrum Institute Dispute Resolution Clinic

Qualified visitation supervisor is with the child(ren) at all times during the visitation. When the non-custodial parent arrives the child(ren) and parent spend time together while the visitation supervisor observes and documents their interactions. Parent exchange program that provides a safe environment for parental exchanges for visitations. A visitation supervisor is assigned to the child for the time between pick up and drop off. Each parent will check in/out the child(ren) and show ID.
