Provides a wide rage of services for children with special and developmental healthcare needs and their families. Integrates physical health, behavior, mental health, and educational services to optimize daily life for the child and family. Supports children and their families with milestones like walking, talking, eating, playing and learning for children ages birth to 3 with possible support up to age 4. Offers developmental evaluations and communication with child's physician.

Treatment includes year-round special education, physical, occupational therapy and speech therapy provided in natural environments. Individualized service plans address motor, behavioral, social, cognitive, feeding and speech/communication skills in accordance with family concerns and priorities.
Family support and social work services are also offered.
