Provides peer-to-peer breastfeeding and chestfeeding support through phone/email counseling and in monthly group meetings as well as educational materials. Coordinates a network of volunteers who are available to provide timely, free information and counseling on breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping and weaning.  

Provides IUDs, vasectomies, contraceptives, sexually transmitted disease screenings, pap smears, and reproductive health counseling. Pregnant patients get one-on-one support from a Certified Community Health Worker and Registered Nurse throughout their pregnancy. Also provides education on a healthy pregnancy, and helps arrange lab work, ultrasounds, and doctor visits. Postpartum services, including support with feeding your baby, breastfeeding and breast pump support/teaching, and mental health support as well as family planning services.

Offers supportive services for parents and caregivers to build loving bonds with their children preparing them for healthy futures. Essential Needs: - Provides diapers of various sizes, wipes and formula based on availability. Can receive additional supplies every 30 days. - Provides clothing sizes newborn to 2T every 60 days. Takes up to two business days to fill order. - Offers other essential items every 60 days such as Baby bathtub, stroller, highchair, etc. based on availability. Parenting Classes: - Circle of Security teaches parents to identify, understand and respond to their child's emotional needs. The 8-week course is offered quarterly for caregivers of children aged six months to five years. - Baby Care 101 is a course providing expectant and newly parenting caregivers education and tools to learn how to care for their new baby. - Toddler Care 202 is an interactive parenting series that covers child development, nutrition, sleep, potty-training, and more. - Also offers an interactive music class for children ages birth-5 to attend with their caregiver. Pregnancy and Parenting Support: Offers a weekly drop-in social support group for moms with children up to age 5. Childcare is provided. ​Offers parents the opportunity to have parent support, goal setting, and community resources to help them be the parent they want to be with support from our compassionate circle of security-trained case manager. Families with children ages 3-5 can access Education Support to work on kindergarten readiness. Adults may receive ESL support. Families can also use their WIC QR code to spend summer Farmers Market benefits and monthly Fruit and Vegetable benefits at approved farmers markets and farm stores. Participants can receive $28 of Farmers Market benefits, with a maximum of $84 per family.

Maternal Health Services provides community-based programs and services focused on providing preventive health and education for growing families throughout Central Washington. With a staff dedicated to giving families a healthy, hopeful start in life, Maternal Health Services offers programs in genetic counseling, maternity support services, maternal child health home visiting and coordination of regional perinatal improvement programs. Services available: - Central Washington Genetics Program: Offers genetic counseling, specialized genetic testing and diagnostic services. - Maternal Child Health Program: Provides office and home visits by a community health nurse or a licensed counselor. By giving women the information and support they need to make healthy choices, Maternal Health Services strives to promote healthy babies and strong families.
