Offers a variety of classes for parents. The "Family Connection" classes for parents and their infants, toddlers, and preschoolers include both the parent and young child (ages 1 -5 years). The various discussion classes on specific parenting topics are offered for parents of toddlers to teens. Provides a variety of classes that inform expectant parents about pregnancy, labor and birth, post partum expectations, and baby care. Breathing and relaxation techniques to use during labor and birth are also taught. A variety of parenting classes are also available. Program offered in conjunction with Peace Health St. Joseph Medical Center.

Serves those who are pregnant or have children under 1 yr old that receive medical insurance through the State of Washington. Provides professional in-home visits by a staff of licensed nurses, counselors, and dietitians for low income or at-risk pregnant women who are facing barriers to having a healthy pregnancy. Works with women during pregnancy and, depending on her needs, into her baby's first year of life. Each client is provided with one-on-one counseling and education, in her home or place of residence, to help her have a healthy pregnancy and take needed steps to prepare and provide for her family. Also assists with resources life skills classes, community events, vital needs (such as diapers, car seats/cribs and food), job training, and many other services and resources to help women succeed. Moms can also continue to attend events and gatherings, even after they are not currently in the program. May also provide information on Safe Sleep and access to cribs to those receiving services.

The goal is to improve the parent(s) self-sufficiency in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services. *  Services are offered in: Grandview, Prosser, Spokane, Toppenish, Walla Walla, Wapato, and Yakima.   Maternal Child Health: Enables healthcare providers to address healthcare needs and concerns regarding the child. A professional can assist by visiting the child and mother at home. *  Service is offered in: Yakima County only.   Maternity Case Management: Enables healthcare providers to educate and support women and their family during your pregnancy and after delivery.   Services include: -  Community Health Nurse -  Social Worker -  Community Health Worker -  Registered Dietician Provides personalized home and office visits focusing on the needs and concerns at certain stages of the pregnancy and after delivery.  For example education on Labor and Delivery, counseling services to help cope with the life changing circumstances that come with a new pregnancy, breastfeeding, and nutrition education. *  Services are offered in: Walla Walla, Salem, Portland, and Woodburn, Oregon.

Program designed to help pregnant women receive the medical and social services they may need. All pregnant women covered under Medicaid (WA Apple Health) are eligible for services. Offers a team that helps advise and support mothers through their pregnancy. Team includes a: - Registered Nurse - Nutritionist - Behavioral Health Specialist - Community Health Worker - an Infant Case Manager. Services are provided wherever convenient for participants whether that be in home, clinic or in the community. Services may include, but are not limited to: - free pregnancy testing - assistance in obtaining early and regular medical care - assistance in applying for Medicaid Medical Insurance/Apple Health - nursing information and education about pregnancy, labor and delivery - diet and nutrition counseling - information and education about baby care and parenting skills - assistance in accessing dental and vision care - childbirth education classes - care seat safety and car seats - family planning services - assistance in obtaining paternity information - assistance with housing - transportation to all medical and dental appointments - substance abuse counseling - lactation, breastfeeding support and breast pumps - free crib program - perinatal, prenatal and postpartum anxiety/depression support and counseling.

Facilitates one-on-one meetings with a parenting mentor, who can help clients set up a class schedule and meet for individual parenting training sessions and encouragement. Separate mentoring available for mothers and fathers. Classes meet court requirements. Topics include: -  Nurturing relationships. -  Safe places -  Healthy start -  Effective education Clients enrolled and participating in the parenting program may be eligible for additional support. Participants earn "Care Net Cash" which they can use to shop in the baby boutique, which has items like diapers, formula, clothing and baby furniture including car seats and cribs. Limited one-time assistance provided for non-participants.

Offers prenatal, CPR, birth refresher, wellness and chronic disease management classes.   CPR class is intended for the general public for adult CPR and choking techniques. Participants do receive a Medic II CPR card, good for 2 years. The card is not a certificate. The newsletter 'Med Info' is published quarterly and lists classes and special events.

Provides comprehensive care to expecting parents with the following services:    - maternal fetal medicine program,    - midwifery services,    - prenatal consultation and care,    - parenting and childbirth education,    - a doula program and more.   Also provides a Level III neonatal intensive care for fragile newborns.

Assists pregnant individuals and their support person(s) understand and prepare for the childbirth experience as well as gain knowledge of the options available for their labor, delivery and post-partum experience. Also provides urgent breastfeeding support and assists with baby feeding concerns.
