SOUND's Community Networks Program (CNP) is our Lifespan Mental Health Treatment initiative for individuals aged 6 and up with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our goal is to enhance the lives of people with IDD and mental health needs, their families, and their support systems by providing exemplary services and supports. These services emphasize local, person-centered, positive, multidisciplinary, cost-effective, and evidence-informed practices.

Offers counseling for individuals and families. This service is for *military* - active duty, dependent, and retired only. This center serves Bremerton, Bangor, and Keyport bases.
Builds healthy Navy families and sustains a strong Navy community through comprehensive approaches in prevention, intervention and training for individuals, families, and commands.
- **Counseling Program** - individual, couple and family counseling for active duty, retirees (space available) and their families.
- **Family Advocacy Program** offers an opportunity for individuals and families to learn how to better handle issues of violence within relationships and families.
- **Victim Advocacy Program** offers confidential support and assistance for victims of domestic violence.
- **New Parent Support Program** - primary prevention program designed to assist new parents with regard to issues surrounding newborns, parenting, and family relationships. Parenting Program offers classes that address parenting issues such as: childbirth education, baby basics, communicating with children, and parenting.
- **Prevention Programs** focus on building healthy relationships, effective child rearing, promoting personal well being and addressing issues of domestic violence. Prevention programs are available to commands and groups as requested as well as ongoing programs addressing anger management, keeping children safe and stress management.
- **SAPR** - Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program - Offers support and assistance and assistance to victims of sexual assault.

Provides free counseling by master's mental health counseling graduate students, who are supervised by faculty supervisors.

In Person Crisis Intervention
Training site for graduate students in the clinical psychology Ph.D. program provides psychotherapy and psychological assessments. LEARN clinic offers learning disability and ADHD assessments. Also offers substance abuse evaluations.
Graduate students in the UW clinical psychology doctoral training program working under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals provide psychotherapy and other psychological services to UW students and residents of the Seattle metropolitan area.
Graduate student therapists work with children, teens and adults who are experiencing psychological distress. Clients must be a good match for a therapist-in-training. Prospective clients in acute crisis, those who require hospitalization or intensive medical intervention will typically be referred out or to specialized services within the Clinic (e.g., the Marsha M. Linehan Dialectical Behavior Therapy - DBT- specialty clinic).
