Carroll Children's Center: provides full time early education for children ages 1 month through 5 years of age. Offers a structured learning environment with bilingual staff and help from volunteers. Does not provide childcare after 6:30pm or on the weekends. Growing Hope Child & Family Development Center: expands services to low-income, high-risk children and infants through age 5, and their families. Includes 8 infant through preschool classrooms, including Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP), ECLIPSE therapeutic classrooms, and early learning classrooms. Child Care Nutrition Program: seeks to assure all children in licensed child care homes receive adequate and nutritional balanced USDA eligible meals. Provides reimbursement for nutritious snacks and meals served in family day care homes for children 1 month through 12 years of age.

Provides affordable child care to all families. Helps children develop personal self-control, independence, and the ability to make choices. Specially selected activities develop social, emotional, physical, and intellectual skills. Strongly encourages and welcomes parent involvement. Headstart preschool which serves 48 low-income children; runs May through November. An ECEAP preschool which serves low income children; runs October through May.

Provides early preschool education for children 3-5 years old in 7 communities throughout Whitman County. Provides learning environments that foster intellectual, social, physical, and emotional growth. Assists families with support, community resource referrals, and health screenings for each child within the first 90 days of program enrollment. Evaluates child's medical, dental, and mental health, and nutritional needs.

Provides early learning opportunities for children ages birth to 5. Prioritizes low-income students and students with developmental delays. Early Head Start: A qualified home visitor will visit home once a week for 90 minutes to share fun activities designed to advance child’s development. Locally Designed Option: Offers a hybrid-- in-class and home visiting for 2 year-olds. Head Start/ECEAP Offers center-based preschool programs with locations throughout Kitsap and Mason Counties. Students may attend full-time/part year or part-time/part-year depending on need and availability. Breakfast or lunch is provided depending upon the time of class.

Provides a safe place where youth can make positive connections, learn about community resources, receive the support they need, receive counseling, as well as participate in regular meetings with other LGBTQ+ youth and group leaders. School Success - Readiness to Learn: works with children so they can be successful in school and in the community. Serves students in the Entiat, Eastmont and Wenatchee school districts. - Truancy Invention Program: gives students a boost to help improve attendance. Serves students in the Wenatchee School District in partnership with Chelan County Juvenile Center.

Washington state’s comprehensive preschool program, The Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP), is designed to serve 3 and 4-year-old children and their families who meet the income and environmental eligibility criteria, and it is available for free. Offers several preschool and early learning programs to households within the school district. Programs include: - Birth to Three: Developmental screening and service delivery program for infants and toddlers with developmental concerns. - Child Find: Developmental screening for preschoolers (3-5 years old) to determine if a child has possible delays and might be in need of further evaluation. - ECEAP: Offers education, nutrition and health services to income eligible children, ages 3 and 4.
