The Center offers general outpatient clinic services. Provides general comprehensive medical and dental, mental health and substance abuse counseling, WIC, family planning, community health outreach (CHR) and health education.

Offers special health care need for children with disabilities and the First Step program. Promotes an integrated system of services for infants, children and youth up to age 18 years who have or are at risk for chronic physical, developmental, behavioral, or emotional conditions and require health and related services of a type or amount beyond what is generally needed. The nurse is able to help families navigate through complex medical systems and connect with resources. Provides home or office nursing visits for assessment, referral and health education through the second month after the baby is born.

Maternal Health Services provides community-based programs and services focused on providing preventive health and education for growing families throughout Central Washington. With a staff dedicated to giving families a healthy, hopeful start in life, Maternal Health Services offers programs in genetic counseling, maternity support services, maternal child health home visiting and coordination of regional perinatal improvement programs. Services are all covered by Medicaid, and may include supports like: - prenatal and postpartum education groups - breastfeeding groups - Doula services - transportation assistance during the pregnancy - Hospital tours - Behavioral Health or Chemical Dependency Services - Dental Care and - enrolling in WIC. May also provide information on Safe Sleep and access to cribs. Depending on the needs on the needs of the family, they may also receive Infant Case Management which provides support and guidance until the baby is one-year old. Purpose of the program is to help women have a health pregnancy outcome.
