In partnership with the City of Seattle’s Department of Education and Early Learning (DEEL), SPP helps prepare 3 and 4-year-olds for kindergarten and beyond, while offering tuition assistance, family financial assistance, and health screenings. Early learning coaches help SPP teachers provide a culturally responsive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for all students, and some classrooms offer dual language instruction.

Staff provide quality care through a daily schedule of activities geared to each child's developmental level. Daily activities include but are not limited to, art, choice time, circle / book time, gross motor time and a variety of other activities like field trips. We provide care for school aged children before and after school and on non school days. Summer programming includes field trips, and extra play day activities consistent with summertime fun.

EduCare provides a developmentally supportive environment, robust nutritional program, and trauma informed emotional support for this specific population of children.

YMCA Child Care is a place for children to explore, learn, feel safe, cared for and celebrated. Encourage positive relationships between the children, childcare staff and parents to ensure a high-quality experience for the children.

The Champions program serves the community by providing safe, healthy, after-school activities in the Liberty Park neighborhood. This program is offered at no financial cost to families, and all kids aged 5-12 are welcome to participate without discrimination. Kids play games, work on homework, or work on personal goals. All program activities are optional.

Offers a mentoring based program before and after school in which staff are chosen for their leadership qualities and ability to set a positive example for children. Children are then encouraged to mentor each other and provide leadership. Summer camp is also available.
