Provides a wide range of community health services in selected sites throughout Washington, which include: Maternity Support, Infant Case Management, Maternal Child Health, Maternal Child Health, & Maternity Case Management.   Maternity Support Services: Enables healthcare providers to educate and support women and their family during pregnancy and after delivery.   Services include; - Community Health Nurse - Behavioral Health Specialist - Case Manager - Registered Dietician Provides personalized home and office visits focusing on your needs and concerns at certain stages of your pregnancy and after delivery. For example women may receive education on Labor and Delivery, counseling services to help cope with the life changing circumstances that come with a new pregnancy, breastfeeding, and nutrition education. *  Services are offered in: Grandview, Prosser, Spokane, Toppenish, Walla Walla, Wapato, and Yakima.   Infant Case Management: Enables healthcare providers to educate and support women and their family after the baby delivery. Services are provided by a member of the agency's interdisciplinary team. The goal is to improve the parent(s) self-sufficiency in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services. *  Services are offered in: Grandview, Prosser, Spokane, Toppenish, Walla Walla, Wapato, and Yakima.   Maternal Child Health: Enables healthcare providers to address healthcare needs and concerns regarding the child. A professional can assist by visiting the child and mother at home. *  Service is offered in: Yakima County only.   Maternity Case Management: Enables healthcare providers to educate and support women and their family during your pregnancy and after delivery.   Services include: -  Community Health Nurse -  Social Worker -  Community Health Worker -  Registered Dietician Provides personalized home and office visits focusing on the needs and concerns at certain stages of the pregnancy and after delivery.  For example education on Labor and Delivery, counseling services to help cope with the life changing circumstances that come with a new pregnancy, breastfeeding, and nutrition education. *  Services are offered in: Walla Walla, Salem, Portland, and Woodburn, Oregon.

Maternity Support Services and Infant Case Management (Part of First Steps): Helps people have healthy pregnancies, recover from pregnancy, coordinates support until the baby is two months old, and provides breast/chestfeeding support by: - Health education and counseling. - Regular visits in the clinic, by phone or video, or in the client’s home or community setting. - Support beyond the doctor or midwife, including nurses, nutritionists, social workers and community health workers. - Referrals to OB care, WIC, health insurance and other community resources. Infant Case Management (Part of First Steps): - Provides support and guidance from the time the baby is 2-3 months old through baby’s first birthday (for those who qualify). - Helps clients become self-sufficient in gaining access to medical, social, educational and other services they might need. Nurse Family Partnership: - Partners pregnant people with registered nurses from pregnancy through their child’s 2nd birthday - Delivers the support first-time parents need to have a healthy pregnancy, become knowledgeable and responsible parents, and provide their babies with the best possible start in life. Children with Special Health Care Needs: Public health nurses provide care coordination services through home or community visits or on the telephone. Services include: - Developmental screenings and assessments - Help with concerns such as feeding, nutrition, growth, development and behavior. - Help developing and maintaining a network of services and providers. Family Ways: -Provides culturally relevant peer support for three community groups: Native American/Alaska Native, Pacific Islander/Native Hawaiian families, and U.S. born Black/African American families from pregnancy through age 5. -Supports clients with pregnancy, parenting, community-connections and resource navigation -Registered dietician, Social Worker, and Public Health Nurse available for consultation and coaching

Program designed to help pregnant women receive the medical and social services they may need. All pregnant women covered under Medicaid (WA Apple Health) are eligible for services. Offers a team that helps advise and support mothers through their pregnancy. Team includes a: - Registered Nurse - Nutritionist - Behavioral Health Specialist - Community Health Worker - an Infant Case Manager. Services are provided wherever convenient for participants whether that be in home, clinic or in the community. Services may include, but are not limited to: - free pregnancy testing - assistance in obtaining early and regular medical care - assistance in applying for Medicaid Medical Insurance/Apple Health - nursing information and education about pregnancy, labor and delivery - diet and nutrition counseling - information and education about baby care and parenting skills - assistance in accessing dental and vision care - childbirth education classes - care seat safety and car seats - family planning services - assistance in obtaining paternity information - assistance with housing - transportation to all medical and dental appointments - substance abuse counseling - lactation, breastfeeding support and breast pumps - free crib program - perinatal, prenatal and postpartum anxiety/depression support and counseling.

Provides educational resources to mothers as well as increasing environmental support for breastfeeding.

Provides comprehensive and up-to-date birth and family education at the most affordable price for pregnant women and their families. Program offers a full spectrum of classes covering pregnancy through parenting teens and is taught by certified childbirth educators. Learn what to expect during pregnancy and labor, parenting skills for newborn, young child, or teen, and you'll meet other people experiencing some of the same joys and challenges that go along with being a mom or dad. Support groups are also available.

If you need a pregnancy test, you can see our Nurse and have a urine test done and if medically necessary, an ultrasound to verify your pregnancy. You may also have your urine tested at the same time for sexually transmitted diseases.

Offers specialized care for women. Services include: - comprehensive women's health care, - gynecology, - obstetrics, and - free pregnancy tests. Maternity Care - Provides routine and high-risk pregnancy care - Includes prenatal care and delivery at a local hospital. Maternity Support Services - MSS/Infant Case Management - ICM Households using Apple Health may also qualify for: - Referrals to community programs and services - Pregnancy and infant care education - Assistance with finding housing, employment, clothing, furniture, transportation - Assistance with finding financial assistance. - for those eligible, support services continue until the baby's first birthday. May also provide information on Safe Sleep and access to cribs to those receiving ICM services.

Provides a helpline for support and local referrals for post-partum issues. Offers online information and support groups to help families, providers, and communities learn about the emotional and mental health of childbearing families. Website helps locate specialized support coordinators. Each state or county page offers information on how to contact PSI coordinators, crisis hotlines, support groups, and events in that area.

Provides drop-in recreational activities, including basketball, arts and crafts, theater, improvisation, music, billiards, hip hop instruction, and other special events.   Also provides break dancing competitions, basketball, pool tournaments, and band shows.   Class locations may vary.

Operates a birthing center with private labor/delivery/recovery rooms.   Conducts a two-day childbirth class as well as a five-week childbirth series.

Program that helps parents promote healthy development in children, and to deal with a wide variety of common social, emotional and behavioral issues and developmental concerns. This course is a prevention program and does NOT satisfy court ordered requirements. Programs available in English and Spanish. Course helps: - Strengthen family relationships - Encourage positive behaviors - Teach a child new skills and behaviors - Gain confidence handling disruptive or challenging behaviors - Taking care of yourself as a parent. Offers a Triple P Group where parents in similar situations can meet. Parents who can support each other and share their stories. Each group is 8 weeks,1-2 hours per week. Triple P Group is free and open to families with children ages 0-17.

Provides free preparational classes for new parents on childbirth and related issues. Offers Obstetrics, pregnancy termination and Gynecology services. Virtual translation services available

Kitsap Supports Breastfeeding is a network of supports for lactating parents and promotes breastfeeding / chestfeeding in our community.

Serves those who are pregnant or have children under 1 yr old that receive medical insurance through the State of Washington. Provides professional in-home visits by a staff of licensed nurses, counselors, and dietitians for low income or at-risk pregnant women who are facing barriers to having a healthy pregnancy. Works with women during pregnancy and, depending on her needs, into her baby's first year of life. Each client is provided with one-on-one counseling and education, in her home or place of residence, to help her have a healthy pregnancy and take needed steps to prepare and provide for her family. Also assists with resources for housing for homeless clients (when funding allows), life skills classes, community events, vital needs (such as diapers, car seats/cribs and food), job training, and many other services and resources to help women succeed. Moms can also continue to attend events and gatherings, even after they are not currently in the program. May also provide information on Safe Sleep and access to cribs to those receiving services.

Offers training for CPR, First Aid, HIV/AIDS education, Bloodborne Pathogens, and caregiver workshops.

Offers a variety of classes on pregnancy, labor, birth, breastfeeding and parenting. Technology equipment available for people to attend the classes. BASIC CHILDBIRTH PREPARATION CLASS:   Addresses the last months of pregnancy, childbirth and early postpartum.   Teaches relaxation and breathing techniques.   Class meets for seven sessions before the birth and one postpartum reunion class.   LABOR AND BIRTH:   This short course is to prepare for or review childbirth.   Meets for one eight hour class or two four-hour sessions. BREASTFEEDING CLASS:   Offers helpful hints and information on breast feeding for expectant and new mothers; babies are welcome.   Private classes may be available. SIBLING CLASS:   Prepares children ages 2. 5 to 7 for the pregnancy, birth and homecoming of a new family member.   BABYSAFE AND INFANT CPR:   Infant safety class for new and expectant parents and other caregivers who want to learn infant CPR and ways to prevent accidents and/or injuries for the baby younger than one year of age.   NEWBORN CARE CLASS:   Offers information about baby care during the first weeks of life, including diapering, cord care, bathing and comforting.

Classes cover topics such as baby care and safety, senior health, childbirth preparation, first aid, CPR, disease management, diabetes education, emergency and safety education, and neurological and movement disorders.

Offers free informational seminars, and more in-depth educational classes that cover topics ranging from fitness and diabetes, to cancer. Offers birth preparation classes. Develops programs focusing on general fitness, health and wellness, adult fitness, aerobics, heart health and recovering from stroke. Offers programs focused on women's health as well as older adult issues.

Opioid treatment provides care coordination for individuals with opioid use disorder. Care navigator assists in referring individuals for evaluation for medication-assisted treatment and offers assistance in accessing comprehensive medical and social support services. WIC program aims to improve the lifelong health and nutrition of women, infants, and young children in Washington State. WIC provides health screening, nutrition education, selected nutritious foods, breastfeeding support, and referrals to other health and social services.

Provides maternity case management, maternity support services, First Steps Program, assistance with breastfeeding, and childbirth education classes.
