Provides Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnostic clinic, behavioral and developmental evaluations, cleft lip and palate program, infant and toddler early intervention, medical specialty clinics, nurse family partnership, pediatric dental services, therapy services, speech and language therapy, genetics program, and family support.

Center-based therapy program provides physical and occupational therapy and speech therapy.   In-home services may be arranged.   Services include individual therapy sessions to address specific developmental difficulties; parents are encouraged to ask questions, express concerns, and share hopes with center staff and other parents. Supports children and their families with milestones like walking, talking, eating, playing and learning. Provides early intervention services for children birth to 35 months of age with either 1) a developmental delay, or 2) a diagnosis that is likely to result in a developmental delay. Services are provided in: College Place, Columbia-Burbank, Dayton, Dixie, Kiona-Benton City, Prescott, Prosser, Richland, Starbuck, Touchet, Waitsburg, and Walla Walla. Early intervention team members who support the family may include the following: Family Resource Coordinator (FRC), Birth to Three Teacher, Early Intervention Specialist, Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Physical Therapist (PT), Autism Specialist, Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI), and/or Teacher of the Deaf (TOD).

Provides early intervention services to babies and toddlers living with developmental delays.   Services include   -  Physical therapy -  Occupational therapy -  Speech/language therapy -  Oral motor/feeding therapy -  Special education -  Family support -  Education Services are on-site or in the community and include home or day care visits.

Yakima Health District works in partnership with the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services and Developmental Disabilities Administration to administer a range of specific programs by subcontracting with local agencies to provide support and services, birth through life, to people with developmental disabilities and their families. Yakima County's Developmental Disabilities program provides: -  Child development services for children ages birth to three years old with developmental delays or disabilities -  School Transition Support to students with developmental disabilities, in their last eligible year of high school -  Adult services to assist adults with developmental disabilities find and maintain employment and live full participating and contributing lives within the community -  Community education and information services designed to increase public awareness and build community capacity for including people with developmental disabilities

CSHCN serves children who have or are at risk of having a serious physical, developmental, behavioral or emotional condition and require additional support. Promotes integrated systems of care that assure children with special health care needs have the opportunity to achieve the healthiest life possible and develop to their fullest potential. Services can include: helping a family find or coordinate medical providers, a medical home, help accessing local resources or services for the child and provide information about local community resources, including parent support organizations and community coalitions.

Helps children ages birth to 3 with developmental delays or disabilities to be active and successful during their early childhood years and in the future. Early intervention services may include, but are not limited to: - Specialized instruction - Speech therapy - Occupational therapy - Physical therapy

Supports infants and toddlers experiencing delays or disabilities relating to cognitive, communication, physical, social-emotional, and/or self-help development. Early intervention includes screening and evaluation, service coordination, therapy, and education for the child and family. Services are provided to every eligible family, regardless of their ability to pay.

Joya provides comprehensive developmental evaluation as well as feeding therapy and nutrition services for children from birth to age three who are not meeting age-appropriate developmental milestones or are at risk of developmental delay for any reason.

Headstart preschool which serves 48 low-income children; runs May through November. An ECEAP preschool which serves low income children; runs October through May.

Offers early intervention services to meet the developmental needs of eligible infants and toddlers and the needs of their family related to enhancing the child's development.  Provides Family Resources Coordination, individualized developmental services and parent support opportunities.

Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) is the Washington State Department of Early Learning program designed to be the first point of contact for any parents concerned about the development of their children. ESIT offers free developmental screenings for infants and toddlers along with an informational meeting for parents with a Family Resources Coordinator. Once a child is screened, a Family Resources Coordinator helps each family access the Early Intervention services through a referral system and provides each family with additional community resources for support.
