Services are provided for children, ages birth-3 years, who have developmental delays and/ or disabilities and their families. Provides screenings, evaluations, and early intervention services.

Provides pediatric physical therapy and speech therapy services for children, birth-21, in different settings, such as clinic, home, or school. Focuses on gross motor abilities, including rolling, sitting, crawling, walking, running, agility, and coordination. Treats the following conditions: gross motor delays, prematurity, torticollis, plagiocephaly, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, neurological and genetic disorders, orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

A public health nurse is able to provide referrals and coordination of services for children with special health care needs such as asthma, cleft lip and palate, and speech or language delays. The public health nurse can assess a child's needs, make referrals, and work with agencies to help.  Services may be accessed by telephone or a home visit.

Provides free parental support and coaching for the families of deaf, deafblind, and hard of hearing toddlers. Uses a bilingual/bicultural approach that emphasizes language acquisition in both American Sign Language (ASL) and English. While enrolled, families will develop their ASL skills to create a nurturing, language-accessible home for their Deaf or hard of hearing toddler.

Program to evaluate and provide direct services to children ages three to six who have developmental delays in the areas of language, motor, cognitive, social and self-help skills.

Offers evaluations, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, family support and teacher services.

Supports infants and toddlers experiencing delays or disabilities relating to cognitive, communication, physical, social-emotional, and/or self-help development. Early intervention includes screening and evaluation, service coordination, therapy, and education for the child and family. Services are provided to every eligible family, regardless of their ability to pay.

Information and referral regarding disabilities and community resources, newsletter, workshops, seminars and recreational/social events for families. Information provided to parents/guardians of children with a disability or chronic medical condition. Puts parents in touch with special services available to eligible children age birth to three in Thurston, Mason and Grays Harbor counties.

Provides early support services such as speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, special education, family resource coordination, and nutrition consultation within the child's natural environment.

Provides a safety net for children involved in the child welfare system by ensuring their developmental and social-emotional needs are identified and addressed. Supports children and their families with milestones like walking, talking, eating, playing and learning. Offers developmental evaluations with team evaluation, regular re-evaluations and communication with child's physician. Treatment includes year-round special education, physical, occupational therapy and speech therapy provided in natural environments. Individualized service plans address motor, behavioral, social, cognitive, feeding and speech/communication skills in accordance with family concerns and priorities. Family support and social work services are also offered.

Offers education programs for young children at the University of Washington.   Infant and Toddler Program (ITP) Offers a variety of early-intervention services for families and children. Services are delivered by different providers based on the area: special education teachers, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, physical therapists and family resource coordinators. Provides intervention through inclusive playgroups where all children learn and play together. Also serves children and their families by providing community and home-based services. These are determined by the needs of the child and the family and can take place in the home, at the center or in other community settings. Serves families in the King County area through contracts with the DDA (Developmental Disabilities Administration) and local school districts. Preschool Provides a high quality, inclusive, early learning program for all children.  Students are offered a unique, individualized program; an emphasis is placed on social and friendship skills. All classes serve children with a range of abilities and disabilities, including cognitive delays, communication disorders, autism, learning disorders and severe behavioral disabilities, as well as typically developing students. Implements systematic instruction to children with special needs. Physical therapists, Occupational therapists and Speech Language Pathologists work with the teaching staff to provide services for students who qualify. Full day preschool available for Seattle residents only. Kindergarten Provides a full-day, kindergarten program that includes students with and without disabilities. All children, regardless of ability, learn alongside their peers. Emphasizes the development of academic, social, communication and motor skills that enable children to be successfully in elementary school. Physical therapists, Occupational therapists and Speech Language Pathologists work with the teaching staff to provide services within the context of the general education and classroom environment.

Center-based therapy program provides physical and occupational therapy and speech therapy.   In-home services may be arranged.   Services include individual therapy sessions to address specific developmental difficulties; parents are encouraged to ask questions, express concerns, and share hopes with center staff and other parents. Home-based therapy program provides early intervention services (Speech, Occupational, Physical, Oral motor therapies, early education, and Family Resource Coordination) for families and children ages birth to three, with a developmental delay or a diagnosed disability including: -  Down syndrome -  Cerebral palsy -  Autism spectrum disorders   Services are provided in a child's natural environment, a place the child normally is during the day including home, daycare, a relative's home, or a community setting.    Information is shared with the family about child development and strategies are provided to help families feel supported as their child's primary teacher.

Provides education and childcare services for children. Service options include full and part time care, and full day ECEAP Preschool. The Early Childhood Education Assistance Program (ECEAP) is a comprehensive preschool program that provides free services and support to eligible children and their families.

Families work one-on-one with a Parent Coach, in the child's natural learning environment, identifying learning opportunities in daily family routines such as bath time, mealtime, or during play. Helps children ages birth to three reach developmental milestones. Families are matched with a Family Resource Coordinator and a team of specialists to help parents and children in any of the following areas: nutrition and feeding, play skills, sleep, speech and language, fine and grass motor skills and behavioral and emotional development, as needed. All interventions rely on evidence-based practice and are offered in the family's home. Program uses a parent coaching model, providing regular education and support to caregivers as they navigate their child's care. Staff support the whole family's needs by providing resources and advocating for both the child and the family.

Serves children who have serious physical, behavioral, or emotional conditions that require health related services beyond those required generally. The mission is to promote integrated systems of care that assure children with special health care needs have the opportunity to achieve the healthiest life possible and develop to their fullest potential. Promotes access to integrated, family centered, culturally competent and community based programs and services.

Early Intervention Services are available through referrals from many sources for children ages birth to three. We provide free developmental screenings for each referral and our Family Resources Coordinators can link you and your child with resources and programs appropriate for your child’s development. Screenings can be done over the phone, at our center or in your home.

Provides educational and therapeutic services to Mount Vernon School District’s preschool children with developmental delays. The classroom settings consist of daily routines for the development of academic, communication, fine and gross motor, social and adaptive skill building. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech/language therapy are provided in the classroom as needed.
