Offers an early learning preschool program and an academically enriched school age program. Open year round serving ages 14 months up to age 13 years. Additionally the Tacoma Day preschool is combined with Washington State ECEAP. The preschool program is aligned with Washington State K through 12 WA kids using: Creative Curriculum, Teaching Strategies GOLD assessment and ASQ, a parent driven developmental tool. These tools allow teachers and parents to work together to individualize program for their child. If a preschool child has an IEP the child can be bused to and from their Tacoma School District partial day program and combine with Tacoma Day Preschool for a full day. School children are served by Tacoma Public Schools District 10. are transported to Bryant, Grant, Edna Travis and Impact schools Tacoma Day actively participates in Early Achievers, the quality rating system of Washington State. Breakfast, lunch, and snack are provided at no additional cost and meet CACFP standards. Tacoma Day, a non-profit, has been in business since 1911.

The Champions program serves the community by providing safe, healthy, after-school activities in the Liberty Park neighborhood. This program is offered at no financial cost to families, and all kids aged 5-12 are welcome to participate without discrimination. Kids play games, work on homework, or work on personal goals.
