Provides a nutrition program and food assistance for pregnant and postpartum women and infants and children under age 5.   Offers: -  Nutrition and health assessments and education -  Breastfeeding counseling -  Vouchers for specific nutritious foods -  Health screenings and referrals -  Referrals to other health and social programs Monthly benefits are valued at approximately $150 for a family of two per month for nutritious foods. Families can also use their WIC QR code to spend summer Farmers Market benefits and monthly Fruit and Vegetable benefits at approved farmers markets and farm stores. Participants can receive $28 of Farmers Market benefits, with a maximum of $84 per family.

Provides IUDs, vasectomies, contraceptives, sexually transmitted disease screenings, pap smears, and reproductive health counseling. Pregnant patients get one-on-one support from a Certified Community Health Worker and Registered Nurse throughout their pregnancy. Also provides education on a healthy pregnancy, and helps arrange lab work, ultrasounds, and doctor visits. Postpartum services, including support with feeding your baby, breastfeeding and breast pump support/teaching, and mental health support as well as family planning services.

Maternal Health Services provides community-based programs and services focused on providing preventive health and education for growing families throughout Central Washington. With a staff dedicated to giving families a healthy, hopeful start in life, Maternal Health Services offers programs in genetic counseling, maternity support services, maternal child health home visiting and coordination of regional perinatal improvement programs. Nurse led postpartum group incorporating mindfulness and movement in Kitsap County. Includes walking activities for new families to get outside in nature, explore mindfulness, meet other new parents, and get their questions answered by a nurse and bilingual Spanish speaking community health worker.

Offers free nurse home visits for caregivers and their newborns. Provides a medical check-up on the birth parent and the baby, as well as education for the family, lactation assistance, answers to any questions the family may have, and connection to local resources that help families thrive. Also offers weekly support with a virtual and in-person Baby Lounge - a place for all families with babies to connect and learn together as parents. Groups are facilitated by a health professional. There are child care stipends available, and refreshments are provided.
